Duly filled application forms, attested from Local Zakat Committee, should be submitted to the institute at following address before 21 December 2011. Application forms can also be obtained from the institute during office timings.

Age limit is 15 to 35 years for all trades except Leather Stitching. Age limit for Leather Stitching is 18 years.
