Gujarat is an Indian state. Gujarati is the language of the majority of the people of Gujarat. Mahatma Gandhi, the founder of India was also born in Gujarat.Gujarat is the hub of the Indian economy. Lothal is an oldest port which is situated in Gujarat.

Gandhi Nagar is the capital of this Indian state however Ahmed Abad is the largest city of Gujarat. It has 26 districts. State of Gujarat has more than 25 universities. Somnath Temple is also situated in Gujarat (Prabhas Kshetra near Veraval).
